Oh, my Gondola!

On our last few days in Barcelona, we searched for ways we can see the city in ways we haven’t already. I hadn’t been up on the hills surrounding Barcelona yet, so I had not seen it from a birds-eye-view perspective yet. After dinner, Eva and I decided to get on a metro not knowing where were headed. After a quick Google search and telling Eva what Gondola meant, we were on our way.

The stop was Barcoleneta, which is the one by the beaches. The Gondola took us over the harbor and up to Parc de Montujuic, which is a beautiful park on the hill with gardens and a hotel. The gondola stopped running at 8pm so we were only able to buy a one-way ticket, which was okay with us because we were able to walk down the hill through the park to get to a metro stop.

At the top of the hill, we sat down for a drink and enjoyed the view from a restaurant that overlooked the city!
