New Day, New Technologies

Second day at SXSW done! Walked almost 10 miles so I am happy to be resting and gearing back up for tomorrow. One of the most exciting things I found today was a Canadian research based company called Stradigi that uses AI to transform businesses and operations. At this pop up I was able to order a soy milk cappuccino using sign language! I think this is an amazing technology that will bring the world towards greater inclusivity. I am excited to see how this technology is developed further and hopefully implemented in everyday food venues, coffee shops, and restaurants one day!
